WHAT LED ME HERE

For as long as I can remember, I knew my life’s work would be in service to others. It was a curvy and confusing journey towards landing where I am today. I now see all the obstacles were part of my creation. I feel fully grounded in my current roles as a life and mindset coach, yoga teacher and studio owner, holistic nutritionist, mother of teenagers and marathon runner. I strive for success, learn from the mistakes made and have lots of fun along the way.

Life has not always been filled with this sense of ease and flow. Far from it! From being a child of divorce to getting divorced, losing loved ones at young ages, struggling with depression in my 20’s, abusing alcohol to numb feelings of “I am unworthy and alone” and spending most of my life guided by fears of failure, I spent many years stuck in a scarcity mentality that had me playing small in my life. It took a breakdown and the end of my marriage to breakthrough out of my destructive comfort zone. Through deep introspective work and a lot of discomfort I moved myself forward from fear to freedom. In the process, I have learned that playing big is so much fun! I am no longer watching my life unfold as a passive observer but am the hero in my story.

If you need to rewrite your life story, connect with me.
I am here to listen and help guide you towards your brightest vision.
